Our group is awarded with an Excellence prize in Shenzhen Intelligent Robot Dextrous-hand Competition
Our team advanced to the finals of the 2024 Shenzhen Intelligent Robot Dexterous Hand Competition and was awarded the Excellence Prize. We developed a segmentation and grasping algorithm based on Grounded SAM 2 and YOLOv11, which employs a semantic guidance model for precise object recognition. Our custom grasping algorithm processes the segmented images to identify the optimal grasping points and poses, enabling the robotic arm to grasp objects with high accuracy. Our model delivered exceptional performance in tasks like sorting and more.
